Hi, I’m Jennifer Hoffman—a freelance Performance Consultant and Instructional Designer with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences. With a background in facilitation, blended learning, and coaching, I specialize in designing, developing, and implementing corporate training programs that drive meaningful results.

Previously, as a Director of Coach Development and Master Trainer Select in the healthcare industry, I gained firsthand experience in the power of effective training. My expertise lies in crafting engaging learning solutions that enhance performance and improve outcomes. I thrive in corporate training environments, where I can apply my skills in discovery, design, and strategy to make a difference.

I work from my home office, which allows me to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality solutions tailored to each client’s needs. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Media and am preparing to pursue my Master’s degree in Educational Technology and Instructional Design.

Beyond work, I’m passionate about fitness, writing, and animals. I’ve had the unique opportunity to work with marine life, including dolphins, and I strongly support marine conservation efforts. At home, my two energetic Siberian Huskies keep me active and entertained.
